I've worked as a general assignment reporter at a global online news organization (Newsy Videos), as a multimedia producer for a Pulitzer-prize winning fact-checking site (PolitiFact), as a multimedia intern for an art studio in Barcelona, Spain, (Twist Club), as a general assignment reporter at several local, print newspapers (Daily Herald and Shaw Media) and as an award-winning freelance student filmmaker for a company that strives to put a face on medical research (LabTV). I've also gained editing and managerial experience as an associate editor at Shaw Media.
